Our MCMS Mustangs football team played a great game this past Thursday night against Stephens Co. Middle School.
The game didn't end quite the way we had hoped, but it was a great game - even in spite of the Lightning delay!
We are so proud of all of our players and cheerleaders!!!

📖📚 Day 1️⃣9️⃣ of 180 📚📖
Ms. Dickens' 6th Grade ELA classes participated in a "Picture Book Picnic" today in 6th grade ELA!
The "picnic" included a Sentence Scavenger Hunt, using picture books to hunt for different types of sentences. Then, students created book posters (either by drawing or digitally through Canva) in which they highlighted their books, identified the types of sentences they found, and wrote their own book review using a compound-complex sentence!
