Assessment Image

Our Spring Georgia Milestones Assessment System (GMAS) testing window is just around the corner, and our schools are getting ready for a strong finish to the year.

These assessments are one of the ways we see the full picture of student learning. They help us understand what students have mastered, where they are growing, and how we can better support each learner moving forward. For students, it’s a chance to show what they know and celebrate the progress they’ve made all year long.

Why It Matters

Georgia Milestones results:

  • Show student growth and mastery of grade-level standards

  • Help teachers plan targeted instruction

  • Provide families with clear information about their child’s progress
