Kindergarten Registration is just around the corner, and it is time for our newest students to officially sign with their school team. If your child will be five years old on or before September 1, 2026, they are eligible to start kindergarten this fall.
Registration Dates: Tuesday, March 31 & Wednesday, April 1

Kindergarten registration is by appointment only. Please contact the school where your home is zoned to schedule your registration appointment for March 31 or April 1.

Your child will attend the appointment with you and will spend a few minutes with a kindergarten teacher showing what they know and sharing their ideas. This helps our teachers get ready to welcome them on the first day of school, Friday, August 7, 2026.
Please bring the following documents to your appointment:
Child’s birth certificate
Child’s Social Security card
Parent or guardian photo ID
Two proofs of Madison County residency:
One property document such as a current lease, a mortgage statement dated within the last 30 days, a property deed, or a property tax statement
One utility bill dated within the last 30 days showing the same address
Custody paperwork if applicable
Georgia Form 3300 marked for school
Georgia Form 3231 immunization form
Please note that registration is by appointment only and attendance should be limited to one adult.
