Voting will end on Friday, December 6th. Feedback from the community-wide vote will be utilized to make a recommendation to the Madison County Board of Education for final approval of the school calendar. Thank you for your input in this process.

November is America Diabetes Month and this past Friday Ari Arnold, a DES 5th Grader, shared her story of type 1 diabetes. Ari shared her story and lived experiences with her classmates. We are proud of you, Ari!

Colt Derby Concessions for Friday, November 1st. After running, students will have a chance to shop for treats.

Tomorrow we kick off Red Ribbon Week by wearing red.
We will have light refreshments beginning at 12:30 pm for veterans and service members.
