DES Canned Food Drive Success!

Kindergarten celebrated Friendsgiving with a Charlie Brown Thanksgiving feast!

Yesterday, we had our own Thanksgiving Parade, Balloons Over DES!

We want to extend the biggest thank you to our PTO! Today was soup day! Our staff looks forward to this every year. Thank you to all that made soup, sent a dessert, and spent some time with us today. We are so grateful for all you do to support our staff and DES. We are so thankful for each of you ❤️

Today, Mrs. Byrd's class wrapped up their student teacher’s last day with a super fun science experiment. 🧪Ms. Alexander taught us all about the states of matter and made oobleck — it’s kind of like slime, but a little harder and extra cool!

We learned, laughed, and had a great time exploring science together! 🌟
