Mrs. Missy Andrews
Principal
This is my twenty-ninth year in education, and I am honored to be the principal at a place I dearly love and am blessed to call home. I started my teaching career at Ila Elementary in 1996 and have proudly remained an Ila Gator as a teacher, an academic coach, Assistant Principal, and Principal. It is a privilege to work with an amazing faculty, student body, parents, and community to begin laying the foundation for Madison County's mission of graduating independent, productive citizens.

Mrs. Jodi King,
Assistant Principal
I spent the last twenty-five years at East Jackson Middle School as a teacher, instructional coach, and assistant principal. In a great leap, I was honored to accept the assistant principal position at Ila Elementary. I have heard nothing but wonderful things about the faculty, students, parents, and community at Ila, and I am beyond excited to start my twenty-sixth year in education as an Ila Gator.
I earned both my Bachelor of Arts Degree and Master of Arts Degree at Piedmont College and my Specialist in Curriculum and Instruction from Argosy University.
