Cross Country: Any 6th or 7th grader interested in running Cross Country next year for the Middle School, please see Coach Herndon, Coach Black or Coach Gillespie for a summer workout packet.
Track & Field: You know those uniforms you wore during the season? Well, yeah…we NEED those back! Bring your uniform to Coach DeWolf ASAP or you will be on the restricted list! Bring in those uniforms! Room 1231, Coach DeWolf!
Soccer: All Soccer players need to make sure their uniforms are turned in to Coach Beckham or Coach Orr, or you will be placed on the Restricted List.
Football: All rising 7th and 8th graders interested in playing football-Please see Coach Callicutt in room 1209 during your homeroom to pick up a schedule and player handbook. All students may sign up until the last day of school.
8th Graders: Summer PE forms are in your House Office and are due back today to your House Counselor.
MCHS Soccer: Any 8th grade girl interested in playing soccer at the High School next year, there will be a MANDATORY meeting this evening from 6:15-7:15 pm at the MCHS cafeteria. A parent/guardian must accompany the player to this meeting.
MCHS Soccer: Any 8th grade boy interested in playing soccer at the High School next year, there will be a MANDATORY meeting tomorrow morning from 10:00-11:00 in the MCHS cafeteria. A parent/guardian must accompany the player to this meeting.
Lost & Found: We have a New Lost & Found Location! Items are in the alcove in the cafeteria. Please check here if you are missing an item. On the last school day of each month, any unclaimed items will be donated.
Junior Deputy Academy: The Madison County Sheriff’s Office and Sheriff J. Michael Moore Present the 9th Annual Junior Deputy Academy which will be held May 28-31 for upcoming 5th-7th graders and June 17-20 for upcoming 8th-10th graders. There will be driving, investigating, shooting and much more! If you are interested, please see any of the Madison County School Resource Officers. Also, see the flyers hanging in the hallways about the Academy.

Red Flagged Buses: The following are Red Flagged Buses. Only Students that live on these routes are allowed to ride these buses. 03-82(Hall), 04-85(Haynes), 04-87(Bray), 11-6(Rebar), 11-7(Kettle), 11-8(Bird), 15-20(Layton), 15-21(Arrendale) and 16-22(Fortson).
Middle Grade Students: are NOT allowed to ride the bus to the High School and get off their bus to ride home with anyone else (car or another bus) or to attend an After School Event, without prior approval from transportation.
