Criminal Background Checks

OCGA 20-2-211 requires criminal background checks for all school employees at the time they are hired and periodically there after. CBCs must be done in Madison County. This information is not transferable from other systems and agencies. The CBC consists of two parts:

  1. Criminal History Record Information: Forms are to be returned to the Human Resources Office for processing.
  2. Fingerprinting: Visit the Human Resources Office at 800 Madison Street, Danielsville, for processing.
