MC Library: Books and Bites at the Madison County Library November 27 at 6:30 pm. Meet to discuss “The City of Ember” by Jeanne DuPrau and then stay for snacks and a screening of the movie! This program is free and open to the public of all abilities, ages 13 and up.
Tennis: FREE TENNIS CLINIC here at the MCMS Tennis Courts on December 2, 2017 (Dec. 9th in case of bad weather) from 9:30 until 11:00 am. Please bring your own racquet, if you own one! Space is very limited with room for only 18 students! Sign up on your House Office Window.
Chorus: Students please remember that we have after school rehearsals on both Tuesday, November 28th and Wednesday, November 29th. Report to the gym on the 2nd bell and be sure to have a ride to pick you up promptly at 4:00 both afternoons.
Cheerleaders: MCMS Cheerleaders will be selling snacks in the car rider line again on Nov. 27th and 30th. All items are $1.
Student Council: elections will continue through the week for anyone who is interested. Students, please see your lunch period teacher. This club represents the student government here at MCMS. The requirements are: Must be an A or B student; must not have any office referrals; must be able to attend after school meetings.
Lunch Menu: Chicken Smackers w/Whole Wheat Roll or Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwich, Pinto Beans, Steamed Cabbage, Fruit and Choice of Milk. Chef Salad Bar.

Red Flagged Buses: The following buses are overloaded and cannot take any extra students: 16-24 (Alexander), 16-22 (Fortson), 03-81 (Knott), 15-20 (Layton) and 15-21 (Arrendale). Only students that live on these routes can ride these buses.
Middle Grade Students: are NOT allowed to ride the bus to the High School and get off their bus to ride home with anyone else (car or another bus) or to attend an After School Event, without prior approval from transportation.
