Our School

Welcome to Madison County High School.

If you take a walk around our campus, you will find we are incredibly MC Proud: proud of our students, our teachers, and our community.  MCHS is one of the finest schools in the state, and all of our stakeholders play a part in our continuous growth.

Students at MCHS actively engage in a large number of unique opportunities.  Beyond our well-balanced academic program, we also offer students various options to prepare them for life after the diploma.  From our Move on When Ready program and pathway courses in Broad River College and Career Academy (BRCCA) to the success of our Advanced Placement program, every student has the ability to tailor his or her educational experience.  Many students also participate in programs beyond the classroom, such as our highly recognized FFA program.  All of these opportunities support our ultimate goal of ensuring all students leave our halls college and/or career ready.  Our mission is to graduate students who are independent and productive citizens.  We do this by empowering students to lead the charge as they determine their own education by taking advantage of all MCHS has to offer.

Yes, we are MC Proud!
