Portal Information

Using Infinite Campus (IC), Madison County School District parents/guardians have instant access to accurate, current and confidential information about their child's (children's) school attendance, grades, class assignments and FAQ .


If you already have a portal account -- LOGIN with your Infinite Campus user name and password.

If you have an account but have forgotten your login information --
Contact the student's school for assistance.

If you do not have a portal account, follow these simple steps:

  1. First-Time Users
  2. Enter the student's social security number and the month, day, and year of student's birth
  3. Click SUBMIT to receive our ACTIVATION KEY -- Write this key down; you will need it for Step 5
  4. Click the link to activate your parent portal account
  5. Enter the Activation Key -- Click SUBMIT
  6. Choose then enter a User Name and Password. Your password must be at least 8 characters, and must include letters and numbers.  Select a User Name and Password that will be unique to Infinite Campus.  Write down your User Name and Password, and keep it in a safe place.
  8. Follow instructions on the last page to go to the Infinite Campus Login page.
